Your Furry Friends Are
Welcome!!
We allow our residents to share their homes with up to two pets. There is a $300-$500 Pet Fee (depending on size of animal) and a $20 per month per pet Pet Rent. We have no weight limit on pets but we do have restricted breeds: rottweiler, doberman, pitbulls, or any mix breeding of the above.
